3.Proposal Format Guidelines:

  1. Proposal Submission (Mandatory)
    • File format: PPT/PDF
    • Include concept / idea
    • May include chart, photos and graphics 
    • Slide limit : ≤ 20
  2. Supplementary Information Submission (Optional)
    • File format: Word 
      • Font limit: 14, single line spacing (1.0)
      • Page limit: ≤8
      • Word limit: ≤ 1500
      • Including punctuation and references (exclude footnotes)
    • File format: Video
      • For idea demonstration
      • Video length: ≤ 3mins
      • Media format: MP4, MPEG-4, WMV, AVI
